My case: I brought my smartphone here, 4 hours after I had a water damage and my touch, sound and charger didnt work (1 year old Samsung A51, ca. 300EUR new price). This place was recommended by my provider.

The initial counselling was amazing. Every single step was thoroughly explained, how they approach the problem, where in the phone what could have happened, how the different parts are wired and what could be repaired in which way. Good and reasonable prices were given along as well as guarantees and risks, so that I was able to decide very quickly. I left my phone to be cleaned and dried and afterwards they checked its electronics for 30EUR (to prevent any further damage and see whether the problems disappeared after the drying).

After 3 workdays I got a call and got a diagnosis: One cable was defect. I decided that they should repair and reassemble it for another 40EUR. I said yes and my phone was able to be picked up on the same day. They could only give me a guarantee on the repaired part since the water damage was my fault but the damage is gone completely. My phone is as good as before. Additionally, they bought an old broken smartphone from me for 10EUR, which reduced the total amount to 60EUR. I am happy and content. Very well recommended!

I bought a phone case and screen protector when I first got to Wiesbaden almost two years ago.

Fast forward to this week, I dropped my phone and busted the glass. Out of all the shops I visited, they were the only ones who didn’t try to sell me a new phone in exchange for my current phone, instead of fixing the screen.

Not only were they able to get me a new screen the next day, they repaired my phone in an hour and a half. And, they threw in a screen protector.

They have definitely won all of my phone related business for the rest of my time here.

Bought here an Apple Watch and cases for my iPhone. I am super happy and satisfied about the super friendly staff with very professional expertise, advice and service. In the shop they have completely new devices and also refurbished ones which were looking really in super good condition. From now on I will buy phone, smartwatches and these type of gadgets ONLY THERE!!!! Can really recommend this shop!
