I hope this message read by management and try to fix this issue. Unfortunately we have purchased a dryer with extra guarantee for 850 EUR and from online shop. Delivery time it was standing 3 to 4 working days delivery time, it means when we ordered on Saturday then maximum by Thursday we have to receive the item . Our delivery appointment is fixed more than 10 days week now! The reason why we bought this item is because we need it urgently and the delivery time was short. Honest attitude in business is matter!
Rude Arab worker guy upstairs told me he is too busy and just walked away, lady at register was complete opposite extreme helpful and friendly.
