have made a few purchases now from CSV — products were always good quality (and new/unopened which cannot be taken for granted these days). Did have some website confusion with the last purchase and they were very quick to clear it up (via telephone and email). That is very reassuring. Will continue to buy here instead of looking for the cheapest (saying that, their prices are very good). Thanks CSV
So far good. Booked a power supply over the phone, the lady was kind enough to speak English which is rare in Germany from my experience. The store itself is not far from U bahn station. I had to wait for some time in the line, but it was not critical for me. The consultant in the shop was also kind and explained everything in English, which is very much appreciated. Overall, good experience so far.
As a non-German speaking traveling software engineer, this place provide most of my need. I ordered online and product was delivered within 2 days at my hotel. Excellent service overall and highly recommended. Amazon in Germany is not like US which most of the items (e.g. network switch, cables, etc) won’t arrive until next week. And this place filled in the gaps. Highly recommended.
