3. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They asked me about the issue and detailed me about the process clearly.
4. They informed me the probable time to service and even sent me a pickup email well before the promised time.
5. High quality and seamless service. Highly recommend this place!

My Macbook Pro was not charging any more, It got fixed within 2 hours in reasonable price. Very friendly staff and speaks English very well.

I bought an iPad 2 weeks ago and I had a problem with my screen(when I was tapping a part of my screen another part went black) . I went to Apple in Ku’damm and they told me that they can’t do nothing about it cause it was a minimal problem and if it’s becoming worse then they could try and replace it . I went to iMazing service and I had a new iPad working perfectly in less than 2 days. Big ups
