Went to get an upgraded phone today, and the girl I spoke to didn’t have a clue what she was doing, kept handing me an iPad to look at the details of the phone rather than her being able to tell me the details. Almost had me paying the full cost of a phone rather than monthly contract, at this point she called a colleague over to get help. I was over it at this point. Didn’t feel confident enough to make a purchase today so I left!
Extremely helpful knowledgable staff member who listened to what I needed in a computer and gave sound advise. I bought a bundle of extras for my needs at a discounted rate and they a sitting up for me. Having had good service in the past from different branches across U.K. I must add these guys went the extra mile, the ability to explain in simple language to a nontechnical elderly lady was so reassuring . Thank you.
Had a staff that was wonderful, made sure we had everything we wanted and gave us information on whatever we asked. But got denied when it got to the payment check out asked what the problem was and was told that they cant say. Now how am i supposed to know to do the correct thing when next i come. Also went straight to another store and go the same thing and payment was no hassle.
