Bought a model Air plane from the Shop in Hitchin. Herts. On 6 March 2024.
Took it back to the shop today for a refund, because the item was so flimsy made of plastic that I was afraid to take it out of the packaging. The shopkeeper refused to refund and said strictly no refunds.
I pointed out to him that he did not mention the terms of the sale before he sold the item
to me. He did not listen to reason. I left the item on his counter and left and told him I would speak to the card company.
I don’t think this fair . He should have told me

Got my battery and back screen replaced, my phone did run into problems. After spending a decent amount of money the staff was really understanding and did the best to find the issue with my phone. James, helped me out, made sure they would try their best to fix the issue. Replaced the battery again which was the issue, didn’t charge me and for my inconveniences he gave me a new phone case and screen protector.
Was having a stressful week and he really made my week. I know where I’m going when I have another tech issue.
Excellent experience. I brought my iPhone in thinking the charging port was broken. They agreed to look at it and service for PS25. If then it needed a replacement part the PS25 would be deducted from the final bill. As it was the service did the trick, phone returned within 20 mins all for PS25. They could easily have charged me for the replacement but didn’t. Very impressed.
