Sent in my 1070ti, some hiccups along the way meant I was unable to get onto their portal to see progress/make payment, email was wrong on their end meaning i recieved no notifications. Corrected the email and created an account but it still didn’t work.

But today I recieved a text that it was ready. I phoned the shop and spoke to the repair tech Mark, made payment by card over the phone and recieved a text with my tracking number shortly after.

I would recommend this place to others seeking similar repairs, there aren’t many places that offer component level work these days.

Went in for just a battery replacement, laptop worked perfectly when plugged in just turned off when unplugged. 2 days later get an update saying the laptop has a problem with crashing which has never happened before. Got no updates unless I rang them for the next three weeks. All in all they had my device for three weeks and now it’s in worse condition than when I took it in. At least they didn’t charge me anything though! 🙂

I’ve used their services to diagnose a charging/battery related problem with my laptop. They were professional and had a good communication. The timing was tricky in my case but they have underpromised (delivery time)and over delivered, which was a lovely surprise. They have also helped me find original pieces and chargers to be able to prolong my laptop’s life. Very happy with their work and professionalism
