I bought a wire for my charge of Samsung phone and was in a hurry as I needed to get to work, although the customer service provider gave me a C type wire quickly and check wether it worked in the shop it was the wrong one and I left with it thinking it would work as I needed to get to work,

BUT not work and went in this morning to get a refund but unfortunately NO refund only exchange yet on receipt says return or exchange so this was incorrect on receipt as I cud not return and get my money back.

After willing to change the C type wire and getting me frustrated it did not work again on a different wire from same shelf so HE called the main store twice not knowing what to do and replace with another multiple purpose C type wire and allowed me to check again in store and it did work but I’ve now got 2 other different ends to charge an IPhone and a power bank and own neither

The advisor was calm and polite and did his job but overall as far as the claim on receipt and about return it was false advertising and got given something that not very useful as I won’t need 2 if the ports for iPhone and power bank

Highly recommend bringing your broken phone here. Andrea brought it back to life very quickly after it had died (after I had dropped it)
And Aditiya gave great reassurance and customer service, even bringing me a chair as I was tired 🙂
