I would definitely recommend this repair shop. To me it’s not just about the repair, but how someone acts when things don’t go to plan. I brought my son’s Phone in for a replacement battery and when I got it home, although the battery was repaired, the screen was now faulty which obviously upset my son. I took the phone straight back to the shop and the guy explained to me (and demonstrated by removing the screen), that the replacement battery wouldn’t affect the screen and the screen must have been damaged before or after. We were left in a tricky scenario, as I was adamant that the screen was fine before the battery repair, and he was adamant that his repair wouldn’t have damaged the screen. However, as a gesture of goodwill, he replaced the screen for free. I didn’t want to see him be out-of-pocket as the replacement battery was already very reasonably priced, so I gave him a little tip to show my appreciation. We could both see it from the other persons point of view, and I’m hoping we were both pleased with the end result. My son is now happy, and I’m pleased to have found a gadget repair shop where I feel I can trust the owner. I will definitely come back in the future.

Took Samsung phone to get new screen fitted, guy said come back in 90mins, came back and it was job done, all good so far, very pleased.
Needed another screen fitted. Took it on 17 july, guy in shop said come back in an hour which I did and the phone was fixed, how good is that?
