I’ve visited at curry’s recently and the staff service was terrible. Mainly the female staff.we were trying to figure out the right product and of course its a massive store so realistically needs assistance to find an item.we were expecting one of the staff come down and offer some help but it didn’t happened. We been walking along all the way through around the store and the staff (female 2 ofum) were stood by the tab section,looking at their phones,chatting and laughing each other.they seen us looking for something, didn’t gave any attention. That’s how they suppose to react but they were having their own world.fortunately at the end george helped us for an product purchase apart from him the rest of the staff behaviour was absolutely outrageous. Especially female staff.a great store that in the middle of the Guildford, the customer expect a great service.im not being rude but staff like these can sabotage the goodwill or the value of the store.disappointed.

Every time I come in here they never have anything in stock, not even the basics like a blue ray DVD player. Takes forever to find someone available and when someone is all they can tell me is that they are out of stock and would I like to order it to store and collect it. If I had wanted to have it ordered I would have done it at home by myself. This is the third time I have come into store and they don’t have anything in stock that I want. I don’t understand why they have such a huge store with nothing inside except displays, its getting quite embarrassing for you now. There is no point in returning to this store again for they have nothing in stock for me to purchase.

I dont even want to give away one star. ABSOLUTELY WORST SEVICE! No wonder everything is going online. This is my second visit now! Spent almost an 1 hour in the store for one thing. No staff on the floor. Asked a member of staff near the tills he sent me all the way across to another staff. The other staff just said go to the till. I wanted a demo of META Quest 3 apparently no one knows how to use it in the store (absolute joke!) Why are you selling products if you cant train your staff. After all that hassle and waiting in the queue for while they dont even have the product in stock. Very bad management and customer service.
