Great service from Keith, sorted my power supply issue and CPU processor fan. Computer kept on overheating and shutting down with the amount of dust in the fan grills. Also Windows 10 kept on freezing on me as well. Freed up some things on the desktop and installed a new power supply unit and a USB 3.0 card. Jobs a gooden . Reasonable prices and very knowledgeable!

A-base Computers is no longer trading in Shakespeare Street anymore where it has been for quite a number of years! Instead, A-base is now trading at Keith’s home in Radnor Drive, Marshside. Next to St.Patricks Primary School.

Tried to do business with this company on two separate occasions. The owner always asked me to put my request in via email and assured me that he will reply the next day. On both occasions I have waited 2 weeks and no response. When calling up the shop to inquire about the order the owner was very impatient on the phone promised that he will reply to the mail by next day, but never lived up to his promise.

I took my business to Another shop just a block away and they completed my order the next day; how it supposed to be done.

Terrible customer service, rude owner, and incompetent business.
1 star don’t do business with them.

Went to him for a repair for my pc due to it shutting off during load with a Kernal error 41, failed to fix the problem and said he couldn’t find a problem with machine also took over 2 weeks to get my pc back, I had to call up to find out what was going on. I also requested to have a SSD installed for my OS this later on failed about 6 months in, he also didn’t give me a proper copy of windows according to another pc repair shop had to remove it and get another. I tried to contact him regarding the SSD failure via email and text but no reply. Waste of money, caused more problems for me.
