Bought a pair of headphones recommended by a member of staff for their deep bass the bass in pretty much non existent. Tried to get a refund after opening and testing them they won’t refund them even with receipt and put back in original packaging. Wouldn’t recommend here for anything.

Worst experience EVER. No customer care. Dont answer emails, phone just rings out. Just want your money. Trying to cancel an order and no acknowledgement at all. Delivery tracking is not legit and now under maintenance.
Details have been passed to trading standards to investigate, hopefully a prosecution will follow.

I had a problem with my charging system of my iPhone, when I took it to the shop, I was given a warm reception, helped me out and never took a penny. The workers are really friendly and very professional, and I would recommend anyone who has issue with the iPhone to go there.
