Avoid at all costs, my 5 year old OLED Tv kept switching off every 20 mins.he arrived and took it away and charged PS48.50 plus PS50 to lend me an old TV which he would give back on completion of repair.he phoned 3 days later saying it needed a new power supply unit and digital converter. it would cost PS270 to repair and update software, i reluctantantly said ok.he bought the TV back a few days later with a bill for PS448 he said he would reduce it by PS50 which I had paid him to borrow a TV whilst mine was repaired. so in total he wanted PS398 plus the PS48.50 I had already paid totaling PS446.50.i was stressed at the time as my mother was seriously ill in hospital and she is 99 and my brother died 2 years ago plus both my sister and other brother have cancer.i paid him by cheque but he did want a bank transfer. 20 mins after he left the TV went off again.he came back and took it away for seven days presumably to ensure the cheque cleared.i then decided to check the reviews and found out that he has done this to other people and has terrible reviews so I stopped the cheque. he phone me a week later and said he would not bring my tv back unless I paid him.i said I would pay him the PS270 which was the original quote minus the 48.50.he put the phone down.i have since found out that the reason for my tv going off was related to connection on the soundbar as I managed to replicate the fault.i have now purchased a new tv but I am PS98.50 out of pocket plus a 5 year old OLED tv which was working fine.Please don’t trust this man.

I contacted this company as my TV wasn’t switching on. He came and brought a replacement TV for a deposit of PS50 and took mine away, even though it states no call out charge and free TV loan ! When he rang to say what was wrong and how much it would cost, i said i’d leave it as its more than the TV is worth and just bought a new TV. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for him to come and collect his TV and bring our deposit back, everytime i ring he just says he’s busy and there’s no rush, to which i reply with yes there is as we want our deposit back and i just get yes we’ll be there by the weekend. I’m getting so fed up ringing to get the same excuse. Got a good mind to just sell his TV as i’d probably get more than the PS50 deposit we want back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service was prompt and attentive and each time we phoned to enquire on progress (a spare part was required) he answered – a pleasant change in this age of not answering calls. He even delivered the TV to a room upstairs on his own – no mean feat as the TV weighed a ton! Would use their services again without hesitation.
