I took my laptop in and gave them my mobile number but explained I am hearing impaired so they needed to text me, not ring me and they made a note. The next day they rang me. And left a message when I didn’t answer the phone! I went back to the shop and reiterated there was no point them ringing me and to please text. That afternoon they rang me again, and left another message. Really poor customer service. If they weren’t half way through the repairs I would take my laptop elsewhere. And I just know they’re going to ring me when it’s ready to collect.
Hhhhm very odd indeed, the owner had no interest in seeing anyone in the shop, he even seemed annoyed someone was there. I wonder why anyone would have a shop where they don’t want to trade, I wonder? hhm? I wonder why?
He then said he couldn’t do it today, annoyed that I said it didn’t matter, he then said it was PS18 minimum charge for diagnostics. I left (as no one charges for diagnostics anymore), and he was finally happy. Anyway I took the laptop to a shop in Whitton where they were friendly and did not charge a diagnostics fee.

Really helpful, they had items in stock that I needed but couldn’t get online. Got chatting about the finer details of what I was doing, they were knowledgeable and helpful.
