Couldn’t thank these 2 legends any better, had my sons PC tower “looked at” by another shop and was told the motherboard was frazzled after it took them 4/5 days to look at. Took it to Joe and Rob for a second opinion who checked it and found it to be a simple BIOS battery problem and not in need of a new motherboard. Took them literally 5 hours in total to diagnose and fix the problem and even give the whole PC a good clean and get everything working that should be, ie the fans and lights. All for PS49.00 We will now be looking at upgrading it at a later point and at a reasonable price.

Been here a couple times and i regret it now. I had a few peoblems with display not showing so i brought it here and he ended up changing my cpu fan to a PS4 fan from amazon and blamed the heatsink on my original fan. It worked but the fan he originally changed still works so i have decided to change back, turns out he lost some screws and bolts from my case and the fan mount and found thermal paste all over my parts. The wires were not managed at all too. I bet if you look inside your computer you will find similar problems. The man seemed nice and he has been fixing pcs for a while so maybe i just got unlucky.
Absaloutely amazing service these guys provided, pc wouldn’t start up and was fearing the worst however within the span of a few hours they had my pc running and setup correctly and charged a fair price, they also helped carry the pc up and down the stairs and were extremely friendly and just great overall.
