I am very happy with the repair and service to my MacBook Pro. It required a whole new top half including the screen because of an accident. The part had to be ordered, so I left my Mac in the good hands of Arize. When I called to see if the part had arrived, I was told it was on the way. A few days later, I got a call that my Mac was ready. I went to collect it at the end of the day, and was reassured that the internal workings of the device had been checked and serviced and I could see that the new screen was bright and clear and I could sign in alright. Arize said that a new battery was needed and the old one had started to swell. I gave him permission to change it and was told it would be done the following day as it was then closing time. It was working very smoothly when I collected it the following day and I have noticed that the problems I had with some keys were sorted out and the Mac runs silently and doesn’t get hot, so I am very happy with the work which has sorted the problems plus some more potential problems ahead, which have now been seen to. The work has a warranty for 30 days, so if anything goes wrong I can just take it back in to ask for advice. I live very close to the shop on Wandsworth Road, so it is nice and convenient for me. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I’ve brought two laptops to this shop now, that I thought were both destined for the bin and on both occasions, they’ve provided a flawless repair that I didn’t think was possible and that other shops said they couldn’t do. This is a great independent business that’s run by someone who really knows the ins and outs of computers and has been doing repairs for a long time. Forget going to the clinical looking repair shops that look good but can’t handle anything other than a battery replacement. This is the place to go. I’d give ten stars if I could.

I have been having problems with a dell desk top Optiplex for over 18 months. It was so, so slow. Dell engineers came out 3 times under warranty and each time said it was fixed and it wasn’t. Dell refused to extend the warranty and so I popped into A2z as it was local. They were brilliant. Solved the hardware problem and the machine is like new and for a good price. Thank you so much!
