Honestly the worst place I’ve ever used to fix my phone, I asked for my camera to be replaced & fixed because it was damaged & kept falling out, and ENQUIRED the price of a new back glass screen. He told me it would be more cost effective to get the housing replaced so I agreed. 2 days later I am able to collect my phone which hasn’t been rehoused, the camera is the same lense and piece of glass, which has been wedged in and is now wonky. There was an issue with the housing which is fine but there was zero communication, I then waited over a week for this to be rectified for me to then go into the shop & him tell me ‘there’s nothing wrong with it’ my camera doesn’t sit straight, it’s still the same scratched lense I brought in, so what have you fixed? PS85 later. Trading standards have been made aware.

Went into the shop to get my phone fixed as it was not charging and he tried to say it would cost PS75 for a new port or PS115 if there is damage. Absolutely scam you out of your money. Then went to another shop up the road and it took him literally 2 minutes to fix it and cost PS10.
Don’t go to this shop for anything will rip you off. Stay away. Not the first time I’ve heard of bad things about it.

My phones front screen was replaced as the other one had cracked. They replaced it with a new screen and the screen lasted a matter of 4 days before going completely black. I took it in, told me my warranty was void and refused to fix it even though it was their fault, couldn’t even tell me what they had done wrong. No wonder they have had their windows smashed 3 times…
