Absolutely delighted with the service I’ve received from Len and the team at AA Whittlesey Computers.

Firstly, what a super location, easy to find and right next to a free car park so drop off and collection was really easy. Was also open Saturday and Sunday which is awesome if your working all week.

Very polite, listened carefully to my requirements and presented options with no pressure or upselling.

I felt the price quoted was very fair and on collection everything was explained to me.

Within 24 hours my PC was completely restored and is now flying .

Highly recommended.

Len was an absolute star! My laptop had all but died. He provided prompt diagnostics and a range of possible solutions for my consideration. Once I’d chosen the way forward, he completed the work swiftly and within budget. I was provided with a comprehensive breakdown of work performed along with some suggestions for keeping my machine in tip-top condition going forward. It’s still running better than new. Would definitely use again if the need arose.

Len was fantastic. I took my laptop (not really knowing what was wrong) and he was diligent in find the faults and putting it right! He kept in contact, letting me know what he was doing and was so transparent in costs. I would highly recommend Len, and I will go back to him for any future repairs.
