Hi, I had computer issues after upgrading various components in my PC. Motherboard, CPU, GPU, M.2’s etc. Did a fresh install of windows, or tried to… PC worked, but couldn’t understand why it wasn’t updating Windows 11 anymore, or connecting to any Microsoft servers. Had a quick reply, and a quick turn around for getting windows reinstalled, updated, and fault finding.
It was a great experience, and I highly recommend this company. The technician who helped was very accommodating and friendly to talk to. 10/10 would use them again, hopefully I won’t have any other computer issues, but if I do, I know who to ask!!

I contacted Mark at Ab Computers on Wed 21st Dec to advise that my HP Pavilion laptop had developed a fault as I couldn’t get it started using ‘ctrl > alt > delete’.
Mark said to bring it in that day and he would take a look. I did, and the very next day he phoned me to say he had fixed the fault and I collected the laptop that Thurs afternoon. Excellent 24 hour turnaround service , and just before Christmas as well. Very reasonable charge too. l will definitely refer to Mark if I have any computer issues in future.

My old PC was old, getting unbearably slow and not Windows 11 compliant. Initially Mark thought he could just fit new SSD, RAM and motherboard components but the original case proved incompatible so he built me a complete new PC and ported all my large number of files across from my old hard drive. The new PC performs brilliantly and is cost 70% of what a new PC would have been (and without all the files porting over).
