Was in Cologne for the SpoGa Trade fair and, of course, of all days my MacBook stopped working. So went to the next Gravis Store to get a look at it. They wanted to change the whole mainboard without really looking into it at an abomanational price. To top it all of it would have taken them at least 10 working days.
So packed my stuff and went to these guys. I was afraid at first that they might not speak english, but as soon as I entered the building I felt that I was in safe hands. They all speak english at a native level and knew what they were doing. They took the MacBook in and on the next day they knew what was wrong with it. Two days later it was ready for collection and that for a price where I would say that’s too much of a bargain. All and all, perfect service, no mucking about, honest people, very good price. Would recommened it to anyone I know who should have a problem with their PCs.

Built a new PC recently, after building realized I had a bad MOBO. ABCData swapped out the MOBO and did extensive testing of my other parts. They quoted me for less than an hours work, and even though it took them more time, they respected the quote they had gave me. Very polite, and professional guys with a wide range of knowledge. They also replaced the screen on my girlfriend’s macbook for significantly less than apple or gravis would.
All speak English and are super responsive. Would highly reccomend.
Great service, my laptop needed a new battery and so they needed to order it (it came surprisingly fast) and the battery was installed on the same day when I brought my computer.
Tipp for them: Maybe you can ask the customers to make a photo of the serial number of the laptop. That way people don’t need to go to the shop just for that (especially when they don’t live in the area).
