Went in today to potentially buy dryer and freezer, to support local businesses, both members of staff weren’t particularly helpful, had to ask them to help, then went back to desk and had to ask them again for further help, weren’t interested in helping at all…which is a shame because have bought a lot from them over the years. Very disappointed and lost sales…went to Vaughans, very friendly, helpful, next day delivery and installation and cheaper.
Went to buy a dishwasher and all the staff are excellent. Staff is very willing to help.
They delivered it and plumbed the new one. They took the old one away for 35.00 pounds.

Purchased Bosch Washing Machine, which was delivered and installed promptly. The plumber had to be contacted to change old piping to accommodate the installation and this was done within 2 hrs of delivery. Excellent service. Thank you all concerned.
