I unfortunately smashed my phone and was devastated to find that some of my photos had not backed up onto my online storage. I went into Abitech in a state and they were amazing, they tried a few different ways to get the photos off and thankfully managed to get them all for me, I could not recommend them enough they were so lovely and patient with me while I was having a panic and the phone was ready within 24 hours just in time for me to hand it back to my insurance. I will never go anywhere else now and have recommended them to all my family and friends. Thank you again, you were so lovely and friendly and explained everything simply to my technology challenged brain! 5 stars
Tony & Ruth,you were amazing today with my husband and his laptop,you were so patient with him you made his laptop easier for him to use.you didn’t rush him you explained everything to him slowly and his laptop will now inable him to finish writing his book and fly that plane. You both went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and able to use his laptop.my husband has Dementia and his laptop is very important to him.you are simply the best thank you.
Just been to see Steve as silly me bought the wrong charging adapter. I need a little end adapter to change the size for the port. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He showed us a few refurbished laptops aswell as we were interested in one for the future. Honestly what a lovely man and very helpful. Highly recommend.
