I had a very bad experience with Chao. I took my computer to him to be fixed because it had a virus. I asked him
if he could remove the virus and he assured me he could. I dropped in to see how he was progressing only
to find my computer in pieces (as per the photo). I found Chao in a maniacal frenzy. He had sweat all over him and there were wires everywhere. He told me that he believed my computer had what he called a “physical virus”. He said the only way he could remediate this was to apply antibiotics to the CPU. I was absolutely flabbergasted. Believing that Chao had lost his grip
on reality, I asked him to reassemble the computer and to cancel the repair. He then told me that he had misplaced the lcd panel and that the computer could not be reassembled. He then proceeded to debit my credit card a $299 diagnostic fee without my consent. To this day I am still without my computer. Chao is a very dodgy operator. Do not trust him. I will be taking legal action.

Chao is a fraudster and a time waster. Avoid this business like the plague.
