David went above and beyond in the repair of my laptop, dedicating his full attention to my issue and applying decades of industry experience. David invested a great deal of concern for my files and after working out a fix I was called by David a few days later checking that the problem was still fixed and that no further action was needed. Attention to detail and a great deal of customer service warrants a five-star review for this establishment, although if you’re looking for a normal technician you should head down the road! Low-cost to conscience, low-cost to card.
I brought my Dell laptop for advice on repairing. Dave was the technician and offered me honest advice on how to repair the laptop. Unfortunately the screen was going to be a big, non-cost effective repair and I really appreciated his honesty. For some companies, they could have easily taken your cash then tell you that it can’t be done. For a company to give you honest advice like that, it is priceless. Thank you Absolute Electronics!
EZY as to deal with, David is awesome, he is the GURU of the computer world. Was an absolute gun with my laptop and very fairly priced. will keep going back to him as long as he is working there. highly recommend to anyone who asks for any type of help or advice with their computer tech. thanks again for fixing the major issues with my laptop, if it wasnt for you it would have ended up on the road under a truck.
