A couple of months ago my ASUS Laptop had decided it were going to malfunction whilst I was in the middle of using it, I took it into Ashley from AC Services to get it looked at and it turned out to be a known issue with the windows 11 operating system’s sleep and hibernation settings which at the time of repair Windows were still working to resolve. Ashley did some changes to the hibernation and sleep settings in the control panel and it’s fixed the issue.
