2 dealings now with this “company”, unreasonable and argumentative customer “service”.
If you don’t know what the issue is these guys will take advantage, absolutely over the top quote for a 5 minute job. They made up a load of jargon to try and fool me, unfortunately for them I am an IT expert myself. I got the repair somewhere else for 25% of what they quoted me, by an expert with a master’s in electronics.
Dan was super helpful after my laptop died. Ran me through the options I had, not guiding me on price, but on his professional advice.
I ended up buying a refurbished laptop from them, which was great value and works great. Dan also managed to get my data off of my old laptop and put it on the new one.
Super helpful service, great advice, and quick turn around.
And their prices are very competitive to.
What more could you ask for?
Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.
