The screen arrived quickly and well packaged, unfortunately looked used and noticed a dead pixel.
I queried, received a quick response but it referred to their policy re “industry standards” for pixels (my oversight) but personally I don’t think it reasonable to advertise as “brand new” and “highest quality”, particularly when the buyer is responsible for the return costs.
So beware: i don’t think the part was new and certainly not the highest quality, it does work though.

Brought a surface pro 4 screen , arrived damaged , they sent a replacement which also arrived damaged , we then had to buy another one as they was unwilling to send another replacement before having the damaged ones returned , which turned out to be faulty . Brought another from a different supplier and worked a treat first time . All 3 was returned , and now refusing to refund as we don’t use ebay no more . Having to go through our bank . Absolute shambles of a company .

Ordered a screen for a laptop which my son had broken, had a bit of a panic at first as looked to have some issues. However restarted the laptop and works perfectly. Issue was likely due to the fact the laptop hadn’t been used in months. Delivered really quickly, tracking email received before item sent. I will absolutely use them again if the need ever arises!
