I’m a first time user of Ace Computers after my local shop closed before Christmas.

Needing a repair it was time to visit Ace after reading reviews on line.

I can confirm that all the positive reviews are entirely accurate. I was made to feel welcome and confidently handed over my Desktop PC for repair. They were busy, but managed to effect a rebuild for me in less than a week and at a very reasonable price.

I am delighted that I have found a competent technician to undertake any future requirements I may have for my essential PC mainly used for photo editing with Photoshop and Lightroom.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of your service and nothing you could do to improve it. It’s a quirk of mine. I rarely post a review unless I am particularly impressed and never give five stars.

Superb customer service, the guy we spoke to was very calm, measured and knowledgeable when we went in with a broken laptop. He managed to do a quick fix which enabled my wife to copy her work documents onto another device and allow her to keep doing her work.

We were so impressed with the service we bought a new laptop through them which was great value for money. They installed windows and office onto the new laptop and let me know it was ready ahead of schedule.
