Adam’s IT Services did an excellent job on a difficult repair on the hinge of a glass screen laptop and I couldn’t be happier.

The gentleman who completed my repair was more honest than he needed to be about the risks, and we even searched for replacement parts together so I would be aware of how much I would have to pay if the repair went wrong and new parts were needed.

When I had returned just past closing time, shortly after the quote, at ease that I should put my trust into Adam’s IT Services, staff welcomed me back and processed my repair request in a friendly professional manner.

The repair was quick (2 days), without fault (care and time was taken with the repair), and I would recommend Adam’s IT Services to anybody in need of a laptop hardware repair!

I took my computer to other places and they all said that they couldn’t fixed it and that they had to replace all of the screen. I went to Adam and he repaired my computer in less than 24 Hours without replacing any parts.
I really appreciate his honesty and his flexibility too, I work most of the time and he actually managed to open the shop before just to give me the chance to collect the laptop.
