Myself and my wife went into the shop today and the service was phenomenal. My wife wanted to have her phone screen repaired due to a crack but was advised that it would be very costly and due to the crack(s) not being severe, a screen protector would be the most suitable solution. It was refreshing to go into a shop and not have people just want your money but to in fact care about the needs of the customer. The whole experience felt very personal and we would have no hesitation using their services again.
My second visit to the phone shop, last visit 5+ years ago. Again very impressed with the customer service and efficiency of the experience in replacing my phone battery and cleaning my charging port. There was an opportunity to oversell to me by replacing the charging port but the shop did what was correct and cleaned rather than replaced. Thank you!

I Googled Adam’s Phones. On reading excellent reviews and the competative price for renewing my battery I got the company to carry out the repair. As I had travelled from my summer home they fitted a screen protector free of charge. Great service from start to finish. If it was possible to give them 6 stars I would.
