We cracked the screen on the media unit of our 2022 Nissan Micra. I thought Nissan might be able to replace the screen but they can only replace the whole unit for over PS2300! I searched on Google and Advanced Repair came up. We are in the South and I could see they were in Bradford but noted they do a postal service. I emailed a few questions and was impressed with the speed they responded to me. They were very helpful telling me how to remove the unit and giving a fixed price of PS240 if they were able to fix it, or just a PS10 charge if not. There was also a 12 month warranty on the repair I sent the unit to them Special Delivery, and they contacted me the following afternoon to say it was fixed and would be with me the following day. It arrived carefully wrapped and all working as it should, job done! Very happy and highly recommend using Advanced Repair.

Had touchscreen on my Seat Alhambra. Was a bit wary about posting mainly due the price to fix , PS170, being between PS250 and PS700 cheaper than other places i found
( yes, true that much). So booked an appointment for Thursday 19th, drove up from Essex, booked a Premier Inn at Bradford, had dinner at Akbars and it still came in PS50 less than the cheapest. Touchscreen fixed in 15-20 mins. Would 100% recommend and would definitely use them again ( hopefully not with this unit) and would have no problems posting it off.

Received an email on Wednesday to say unit had been repaired with an accompanying invoice,
Paid and received the unit back on Thursday morning, fitted back into the car Thursday afternoon. Absolutely delighted.
