This shop is small but knows what it’s about. I had two tablets sorted (one an iPad). I wasn’t in a rush so wasn’t pushing, but I got regular progress reports by phone along with price updates which actually went down a bit. Reasonable prices and pleasant service. Absolutely nothing to moan about. Use them.
Dan and the team did a great job at recovering data from a partially corrupted and blown external hard drive. A full data recovery that was handled professionally, quickly and effectively. Dan was clear in communicating potential outcomes and timeframes. Highly recommended.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan or go to him again. He persisted with my Mac, when I think others would have just written it off. It’s now up, running and like new for a third of the price of a new one. Great communication, thanks so much.
