Adam was awesome. The nature of my work, which is in the production line of popular podcast, I needed my computer sorted asap, as episodes are released weekly and there are others after me, waiting for me to complete my work. Adam new the urgency of the situation and responded to every single one of my pestering calls. I got my laptop to him that same day. The computer which I bought quite recently was still under warranty but I did not have time to waste. Adam advised he would run some tests from his home overnight (it was already 6pm) and would let me know first thing in the morning of what was wrong with it. I didn’t have time for that and was stressed out to the max. I told him don’t worry, I’m going to just have to go and buy another one, I’ll send this one back under warranty. Adam asked me what software programme I was running, which is pro tools. He said give me about 3 hours and I will build you one.
The computer was ready within 3 hours.
It is now 3 weeks later, when I get my old computer back it is going to gather dust because the one Adam has built me absolutely crushes the old one, and it was only a fraction of the cost.

Adam was thoroughly professional in his assistance with my computer problem. He made his services available immediately and tried to resolve a workaround for an issue with an old program and a new computer. Although a resolution was found, it was deemed to be unsafe in terms of exposing my computer to potential risk (viruses etc). Adam took the time to explain in basic terms what the problem was, and why it was best to go with another resolution and replace the program. Adam worked for almost 30 minutes and because he couldn’t resolve this issue, he very generously advised there would be no charge. Services like his are few and far between. Thank you Adam, you are highly recommended and will be my ‘go to’ for any future issues.
