Ahead4 was recommended to me by someone who had done work in my house for me. I wanted a CCTV installed and the old door system removed. The company promptly sent someone out to have a look at what was needed. I was texted updates, and 2 gentlemen came out on a Sunday to do the work as that’s the only time I was available. They were quick and efficient, and over a year later, I’ve had absolutely no issues with the work done. And have I mentioned how reasonable the cost was especially as I had 2 people come out on a Sunday which isn’t a work day!

I’ve used Ahead4 for the last fifteen years. They handle all my web and email hosting. The best thing about them is that when I have a problem, I pick up the phone and they are always available and I’m not having to spend hours to a call centre on the other side of the world. My problems are fixed very quickly. I can’t ask for more than that from them.
Excellent service and competitive prices. Took an old laptop in that was performing poorly (incredibly slow) after an initial consultation it turns out the hard disk needed replacing. Good explanations and quick turnaround meant that when I got it back it was performing as good as new. Friendly staff, and all data was left in tact too.
