Unfriendly and Bad Service. I had sent my laptop for fixing a display issue which I paid 600EUR for only to have the display not work again after two months. When I got back with them for the problem I had, they said I should pay another 800EUR and with all that money I could have just bought a new laptop. Their only response was to email me saying “I don’t have a time machine that can take me to the future for me to know a problem will happen again”. My advice: If you want to deal with more professionalism, just go to the official shop in Dusseldorf, worth the drive.

Reply: with all due respect, every word I said is true.

1. The first display fix that you misleadingly say you fixed for “free” was a scratch problem that Apple offered free fixing for all laptops of my generation and so it is not a “free fix from your shop”

2. When I was taking your consultation in the first expensive fix, no one mentioned any “long term or further damage” as you claim. If this had been the case, I would have got a new laptop with the price I paid.

3. After 90 period guarantee passed, almost immediately the display started showing issues with occasional dimming and I didnt come because it was still not urgent. After it got too hard to work with because then the dimming was continuous, i sent it to you, paid another 60 euros for check just to have me take the laptop back and tell me “sorry we didn’t find issues”. So that was 60 on top of the 610 I paid the first time.

4. Then again the display isn’t working and I send it for fixing and I am told about the extra 800 and you said we cannot always know if the problem was fixed completely and an unprofessional email about time machines, and now again being asked “to get my facts right”

Just read all the bad reviews and you will get a wholesome idea about the service you will be expecting and the money you will have to throw away.

You search for an apple store/reseller in your city as you phone has crashed and is without function. So you enter this store in hope that you could be helped only to be told by a greenhorn employee by the name of Mr. J H, that they will and can not help you unless you have made an appointment (how can I make an appointment without a phone ?) This whole discussion took place in a fairly aggressive manner by this young greenhorn, who obviously has not got a clue what customer service means… No apologies or recognition of the need to help THE CUSTOMER! It took the involvement of a senior employee to get this sorted and in any other country in the western world this young gentleman would have been fired on the spot… so do yourself a favour and avoid this place by miles !

I started being a customer of aixxess GmbH in 2006, when I bought my first ever laptop. In 2013 I bought my second MacBook there and today I bought my third. I am really happy with the service that aixxess GmbH provides and has been providing over the past years. Today was no exception. The salesperson who helped me today was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love being able to walk into a store and have real conversations and feel that people care about the human connection and about doing a good job.
