I am somewhat a technophobe, knowing extremely little about how IT works, so I contacted AJ computer specialists after purchasing a reconditioned laptop and had no idea how to set it up.
My phone call was answered quickly by a pleasant well mannered young man. Ameem (apologies if I’ve spelt your name wrong) assured me that he could quickly sort everything out for me.
He arrived spot on time the following day (as arranged) and within less than 2 hours had got everything uploaded and running properly.
Ameem confirmed that I had bought a good product and also linked my printer wirelessly to it for me.
So far, I have been able to use the laptop as I want and I have already recommended him to my friends.
I am also happy to know that he is there at the other end of the phone should I get stuck on anything in the future.

I met this gentleman only a few days prior and can I just say what a fantastic experience. I explained to him how important it was to me from a personal basis etc that I have my laptop fixed. He has done a spectacular job but on top of that having had 28 years of customer service training under my belt I wish all company`s could follow this mans example. Without possibly realising it he spent quality time with myself the customer and I was lucky enough to enjoy a good conversation with him. I came away hugely impressed and I will be definitely looking to continue and do further business with this man. I will be telling all my friends etc to please use this company for there future endeavours. Fantastic.
Ameen has just finished repairing my laptop computer today 29/04/2023. This was incredible as he only received the laptop the day before. Parts were delivered and and Ameen ensured everything was working as it should. First Class service and would highly recommend his services an will also refer friends and colleagues to AJ Computer Specialists if they have a problem with their tech.
