I brought a phone in for repair, after leaving it with them under a “no fix no fee” quote. They made a repair without consulting me as to the problem, stating no warranty. The repair lasted for a couple of hours before it was dead again.
After leaving it with them again, it was made apparent whatever they had done damaged the motherboard, killing the phone completely. After the owner became argumentative, confrontational and then aggressive in the store, they kept the repair fee anyway. Avoid.
Came to get my phone screen fixed and was told on hour turnaround which I was surprised with. Left the phone and my contact details and came back in 3 hours for him to tell me they hadn’t started and it would be another 2 hours. I left it there and asked if for my hassle he could at least charge it for me. The next morning I returned and it was fixed but on 7%. The phone was fixed, that’s the only positive
It’s really good customer service and everything is available in one shop and great reasonable price and also provide good repairing services for mobiles and laptops
