One of the best phone repair places I’ve been to, my screen was smashed completely and was unusable and I couldn’t even answer the phone due to the Touchscreen being broken, if I could give 10 stars I would! And instead of taking an hour to fix it he only took 20 minutes, so I highly recommend taking any of your devices to his shop!, its well worth it and at a affordable price compared to the other phone repair shops in the Sydney area!

So it’s been 2 months since I tok my phone into aladdin phone repair and I dropped my phone and cracked the glass screen again, he willing fixed it straight away no fuss no questions asked and he also gave me a new glass cover protector free of charge, Sam is an absolute legend all because of my friend mk recommending his shop in punchbowl near the train station

Hi guys I’m back again, nurses in the hospital accidentally dropped my phone whilst I was in there for 2 months after finding out I’ve got lung cancer so after I was discharged I rang up sam again and he straight away fixed the glass on my screen and as usual done a top job, he’s more then just a business owner but actually stops and cares and listens so please let’s get behind this business owner and support him in any way we can! I went to get my phone fixed. Ultimately that issue was not solved which I understood and I went home. After coming home I put my phone on charge to discover that it wouldn’t charge. They clearly had broken the phone further. After contacting the shop I was told to come in so they could fix their mistake. So I did. However, I was then informed that I would have to pay for them to fix it (perhaps because they didn’t believe my story). I showed them evidence that I had previously been in contact and they agreed to fix it. They promise “fast service under 30 minutes” but I can guarantee that this isn’t the case. Neither time I went was I there for less than 30 minutes. Now, I could understand if it took longer if it was a complex issue, but the reason it took so long was because they would stop to sort out other things in the store (rearrange stock and such) or have a conversation with a friend who came up to the shop. The service was completely unprofessional and a waste of time

The guy who repairs phones here is an absolute professional and also honour’s his warranties in regards to any issues, I brought my phone in to replace the screen as it was cracked so he replaced it straight away and the part that was put in was faulty so he also fixed and replaced that as well, absolute pleasure taking any of my devices into his shop as he’s a good person and business owner with absolutely good morals and ethics, full of integrity,
