Absolutely shocking! Avoid at all costs. Sent my iPhone in for repair. The only thing wrong with it was the screen being damaged. When I got the phone back the volume button wasn’t working. Neither was the charging port! They claimed it wasn’t working when I dropped it off! But It certainly was. They have refused to fix the issues they have caused and I’m now going to have to take it somewhere else. They also told me it was a genuine apple screen they were putting onto my device. Every now and then I get a warning pop up saying that the phone screen is not genuine apple. Please avoid this place. It’s worth paying that little bit more to get it done properly.

My phone needed a new charging port so I brought it here.. it came back with a wealth of other issues it never had before, takes about 8hours to fully charge, battery drains really quick, my apps weren’t loading up properly and I can’t make or receive texts or calls for some reason now. Had something else really dodgy happen too which I won’t mention here but what I will say is AVOID..

Avoid like the plague. Paid full price for genuine part a new battery, when collected, phone had exactly same charge as when I left it with them, I questioned them and reassured me it had been changed, but within a week was getting the battery performance notification don’t think they even changed it as the performance was exactly the same.
