Samsung S21Ultra for a repair to the USB socket which kept warning about moisture and wouldn’t charge. Took to the shop on Monday, but they hadn’t received the required part by Thursday same week. I called back on Friday (I needed the phone, and had told them as much), and was told the the USB had been fixed – and it seemed to work in the shop – however as soon as I got home, the same warning started appearing again. tried different cables / chargers, nothing works. I paid for a repair which lasted for 1 single charge. I’m hoping they will contact me and fix it again for free…but if not, I will certainly not use this shop again, and certainly can’t recommend them. UPDATE:
Returned to the shop for a repair to the repair. Another 10 day wait and a further EUR30 despite an assurance that they would sort out what I had originally paid for (and breaking my SIM tray and replacing it with a different colour – I was told about this but just wanted my phone back so accepted it rather than wait again). Very friendly and apologetic, and maybe I’m the exception rather than the rule, but having to pay EUR55 for a simple USB replacement taking over three weeks and multiple visits to the shop and then get a mismatched SIM tray in my phone is not acceptable. As previously stated, I certainly won’t be using them again, and stand by my previous note that I cannot recommend them. (but my phone is now charging and working)

Note: After reading the response left by the owner I think I should clarify that the first repair was obviously not guaranteed as the second repair cost me a further EUR30. There was nothing else broken on the phone, the original problem was the only problem. I’m still not sure if the port was replaced or re-soldered, but (I think) I have paid for a new port. I did consider the additional EUR30 charge as adding insult to injury, but they have to make money too so accepted and paid.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Handy Akku meiner Tochter. Ich wurde sofort geholfen und das Akku wurde direkt getauscht. Toller Service jederzeit wieder..

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Neuinstallation von WhatsApp. Mir wurde freundlich, kompetent und schnell geholfen. Preislich sehr fair. Kann ich sehr empfehlen!
