Fantastic product, excellent service.

I ordered a high end, custom gaming PC and requested some personal touches. Communication back and forth with the builder was fast and detailed. I had some concerns about the power supply, and they alleviated that right away. They also took the time to find some extra special additions based on my personal requests.

It took less than a month from the time I made the order to when I received the PC, and I was updated about the progress along the way. It was delivered and fully set up free of charge.

Awesome service overall and I am really enjoying the PC. I’ll be using Alexandria Customs in the future for sure.

Hemmed and hawed for a while but finally bit the bullet on one of their custom built gaming PCs for the kids and I. Their service was top notch and friendly and I couldn’t be happier with the PC. My kids are both avid gamers and they were blown away by how fast it is. As for me, as someone who installs and maintains production equipment I really appreciate the built quality and the care put into cable management. This thing looks and runs slick!

Ignore the box stores, support local business and keep guys like this running in the community for a long time and you won’t regret it.
