Alfa sold us a used part for an LCD television that he supposedly guaranteed to work but it was defective. There were pencil marks on the part where it was bad indicating that someone before me had found the same problem with the part that I did. When I called, he argued with me but told me to fill out a return authorization request on his website and he would let me send it back to him so that he could test it. I submitted the request right after I got off of the phone with him and even received an email confirmation that he received the request. I never received an authorization from him so I requested again 2 days later and still nothing. I contested the charge with the credit card company but he lied to them. He never intended to even take the part back and test it or refund what I paid.
Technicians give great advice on electronic , electrical and computer issues. They will genuinely tell you if it’s worth it to repair your appliances. Products are very affordable , you can literally find anything there. Vacuum cleaners and their bags , cellphones, cables, cameras, printers, speakers etc and all their accessories……
This place is underrated. It’s small but the guy there is friendly and approachable. It’s a nice place to shop in.
