My computer failed during start up. Knowing the skill of James, I went to Alkaloid Networks. After 30 minutes of failed attempts and component substitutions the video card was removed and a successful startup occurred. However, the Windows 10 OS had been corrupted by the video card failure and a complete re-installation of the OS was required. Within a couple of days my data was restored and my MS Office and other programs reinstalled. All is working well. A great job; well worth the price.
My Lenovo laptop was slow & some programs were glitching, but I didn’t want to give up on it, so I brought it in to Evan at Alkaloid. The service was excellent. He used “computery” terms (lol) but explained things so that I felt confident in the solutions he was recommending, which included installing a solid state drive. I’ve never been more happy with computer-related service! Highly recommend!
I had inadvertently let someone have access to my system remotely. I also knew that my computer had been having problems of late. Dropped off the compute on Monday, picked it up Friday. Problems with the computer had been addressed, access problems allowed by me had been eliminated, and the staff were absolutely amazing. There is NO other place I’d go for computer issues.
