Mobile delivered to the shop for getting a new battery. I asked 2 times (@ phone as well in the the shop): have you the right battery? answer: Yes!. 1,5 hours later: sorry, it is a different battery needed, to be ordered. One week later, I returned after the battery was delivered in their shop (meanwhile, they discovered they haven’t had any phone-number from me for calling me…..) and replacement went as expected. Opening @ 9:00 am? I was standing 2 times in front of this shop being still closed after 9.00 am…..Apart from all this mass: competent and very friendly staff – I think I just had bad luck because of my (not that usual) Galaxy S10 5G.
I would totally recommend this repair shop. These guys are very nice and efficient. I had a strange problem with my IPhone and they fixed it in an hour. They took my phone for a diagnostic right away and found an issue, and I could have my phone back in an hour. The problem wasn’t very easy, and they had to replace a part. I am very grateful to these guys to be so quick and honest from the start, especially because I had to have my phone up and running as soon as possible.
