I used to think of Allo as a 5 star stop. I brought all my electronics there (when needing fixed) and recommended all my friends to the place. But I brought my Son’s Nintendo switch here 6 months ago as it needed a new charging port. And I found out a couple issues with this place
1 – if a part needs to be ordered you will not be given a lead time
2 – don’t expect to be contacted until it’s finished
3 – it’s also a very difficult store to contact and leaving a message won’t help
After 6 months of waiting I received one call to tell me that my device is irreparable

They have fixed old phones for our kids to use offline. My older phone my wife’s screen. And most importantly when apple and other apple stores locally said the phone was not fixable and can’t save anything off of it. They not only fixed the phone to keep working but also was able to get everything off of it and backed up on a stick. They will continue to have my business so long as they are a business.
I had an issue with my Samsung S20 camera. They had it repaired and done In less than 15 minutes. And very reasonably priced. Don’t bother going anywhere else, just go straight to them. I highly recommend them.
