The service at Alpha Phones is speedy, professional and friendly and it’s a relief to know that such a business exists in the locale. I managed to drop my Samsung twice within the space of two months and on both occasions I was able to drop my phone off with Alpha late in the day after I’d finished work and was able to pick it up, fixed, at the end of the next day. I’ve never had to have a phone repaired before but I really don’t feel the need to try another repairer should the need arise again as I feel confident that Alpha will do the best job possible.
About a week ago, I needed the screen replaced on my iPhone 6S after dropping it, and looked through reviews and find great reviews for Alpha Phones and it was local. I called them up and they answered immediately, were very helpful and told me to come over within the hour. The owner actually fixed my phone within 20 minutes on the spot and even gave me a deal, what a lovely guy! They are slightly hidden inbetween Surbiton and Kingston and they deserve people knowing about them. I highly recommend them! Thank you!
Dont come here. At the beginning the guy seemed nice, but no procedures at all when you handed over your phone to be fixed, they just write down your number to be called, no receipt whatsoever. So when you came back to ask, it is all in his head while so many phone under repair. You just lost your phone LoL. Looks fishy to me.
