The service at this center was lousy, very unethical and irresponsible. I took my Mac on Friday, July 9th because it was shutting down for no reason and at any time, at times it only worked when it was connected and at other times not even like that. My boyfriend explained all this to the receptionist since I am a foreigner and do not speak French. She told us that they were going to diagnose the computer which cost 40 euros and that they would send us the result of the diagnosis and an estimate of what needed to be done by email in about 4 working days, which they never did. We called three times in the course of 2 weeks to get information and all they would tell us was that they could not find anything in the computer and that they were going to do more tests according to them. On July 16 we called the center and they assured us that we would receive the diagnosis in the afternoon. We never received it. A week later, on the 20th we called to have news and another person told us that he did not know anything, that he could not even give a date. On Friday July 23rd we went personally and they gave us the computer without further explanation only arguing that they did not find anything. If we don’t take the initiative, the center NEVER took contact.

If they didn’t find anything why couldn’t they inform us about it as soon as possible? The center NEVER contacted us, we were the ones who had to call. It is not possible that supposedly being an Apple authorized center they play with the customer like that.

It is very unfortunate that the only time the center is going to contact me is to write a response to my complaint. And to make it clear that I did went to the center and do put as an excuse that they have no record of me, my registration number is 139951.

I had to put one star just because there was not possible to put none.

Vu les horaires d’ouverture il est stipule de prendre rendez-vous a l’avance afin de convenir d’une date d’intervention. Chose faite , rendez-vous programme 3 jours a l’avance , vu l’horaire je pose des heures de RTT et je fait la route (50 km). Rendez-vous prevu 15H30 , appel a 15H25 (j’etais a 200 metres ) pour me dire que l’intervention etait annule car il n’avait pas la batterie… Evidemment je ne l’ai pas bien pris.
Aucune proposition de dedommagement avec une autre date et un geste commercial . RIEN LE NEANT mis a part nous sommes desole.
Je suis en colere car en plus de n’avoir pu reparer mon telephone j’ai perdu temps et argent inutilement. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT , MANQUE DE SERIEUX …
J’irais donc dans un APPLE STORE , plus loin mais plus fiable.

Je reposte car en plus vous vous moquez des gens??? Affirme dans votre reponse m’avoir propose un quelconques pret d’appareil ou autre nouveau rendez-vous n’est ni plus ni moins qu’un mensonge caracterise et si vous pensiez que j’allais laisser cela sans reponse , c’est faire erreur… Je n’ai eu comme seule reponse qu’un “je suis desole ” suivi d’un silence.
Alors meme si l’erreur est permise , mentir pour vous justifier est revelateur du serieux de l’entreprise. Il est clair qu’apres cette tentative d’explication honteuse , non seulement vous ne m’aurez plus comme client , mais je ne vous recommanderais pas si a l’avenir on me parle de vous.

Si vous n’avez besoin de rien , allez y ! Reception sans sourire , on sent que l’on derange. J’y etais aller pour un simple echange de batterie de mon Macbook de 2019, je suis reparti sans aucun tarif ( << ah ben il faut que l'on fasse des tests, et il faut tout changer, je peux pas vous dire combien ca coute, ni combien de temps ca prendra de temps, car vous n'etes pas le seul >>). Bref, je suis aller direct dans un apple store, recu avec sourire et amabilite , on m’a donne le tarif 289EUR , j’ai fais faire la reparation. Ne perdez pas votre temps dans cette pseudo boutique agreee apple d’evreux.
