Took an old laptop in today at 11, it was ready by 13.30 hours. The problem was the screen came on as blue. He managed to find a secondhand screen and now it is working fine. A good price. Today 15/04/2024 I had a problem with the fan, I took it in and the engineer took the laptop apart while I waited. I was only charged 15 pound instead of 45. The engineer explained and demonstrated what the problem was, Excellent service, you would not get this service from PC world.
I took my laptop to alternative computers with a power and battery fault, and a slow running system. I can say my experience was of a highly professional, efficient and friendly service with all work completed quickly for a good price.

I took my Dell laptop to check battery and cable as it wasn’t charging. I was quoted PS70 for both if needed,. Absolute genuine guys here ,as eventually checked ,sorted without the need for a battery, only the cable, for half the quote. So honest and sound additional advice given to me. Thank you .
