I have been to this location twice and the customer service here is superb. Knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, they will work with you to help you with your computer needs. I believe the first time was due to an issue with my laptop, the staff understood my situation and where so amazing with accommodating me. The second time was to put my computer together, which they managed to do within 2 days. I wish I got the names of the staff who helped me, they deserve a shout-out. This location is exceptional.
A great professional local business ran by 3 intelligent, tech-minded young men.
They helped me in these covid times with a technical task, that no one else could solve in the area. For a last minute conference call.
They told me some cool stories about making advanced computing setups for pilot’s for flight simulation, building computers for Hollywood level Pixar animators in our area and smaller scale stuff too.
Working from home has never been easier with a computer system build by these guys.
They are fantastic! I have had issues with my old phone, I took it and a hand me down phone. They got things working for me. When the 2nd phone didn’t work, they swapped them back. They found a great new phone for me and they are making sure I have everything I need on it. As an elderly disabled person I appreciate the care they take. I would be lost without them.
