I wanted to upgrade my stock sound system in my 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium. I also wanted a remote starter. I got in touch with Brian and right off the bat he was so helpful, friendly and professional. I could tell he really knew his stuff. He has A LOT of experience, I think he said 18 years he and it shows. He changed my stock head unit, added a 12″ sub and installed a remote starter. He did an amazing job. Such a clean install and everything works perfectly. My sound system is just incredible now. So much bass and much clearer, higher quality sound all around. I love the remote starter, that’s really going to come in handy come winter especially. I work afternoons and I needed my vehicle by 1pm and he was so accommodating and had it ready right on time. He did a lot of pre-prep to make sure it would be ready on time. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Brian and Andre’s for any of your vehicle electronics needs. I have been quite impressed with the level of customer service at Andre’s. The last few times I have been in it was to sort out issues I was having with stereo components I had bought previously, not at their store. The Manager of the store, DJ, not only trouble shot my problems but very much went out of his way to order parts and make sure my stereo was up and running properly. I’ve since added components to my stereo and dealt with DJ Again- so knowledgeable and helpful. You don’t often find this level of customer service. Thanks Andre’s!

Just had amazing service from Brian at the Penticton location. He helped me to sort thru what head unit would best fit my truck as I was upgrading from the stock system in my Tacoma. Very knowledgeable and a breeze to install. It really helps when you’re working with someone who cares about what you end up choosing.
